Baptismal Seminar

Our Baptismal Seminars here at St. Joseph Cathedral are held the SECOND MONDAY of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Cathedral Office Conference Room. If you are interested in attending, please call the Cathedral Office at 225.387.5928 to register for the seminar. Remember......
1) Couples are encouraged to attend the seminar during the early months of pregnancy.
2) Regularly scheduled Baptisms will be held on the third Sunday of each month. Baptisms at Mass and private Baptisms are considered only upon request.
3) If you are not a registered parishioner of the Cathedral, permission must be obtained from your pastor if you wish to have your child baptized at the Cathedral
